What’s in your stock?
Inventory shouldn’t feel this hard.
Most product businesses don’t struggle with inventory because they’re careless. They struggle because things grew faster than the way inventory was managed.
What worked when orders were simple starts breaking quietly. Sizes multiply. Variants creep in. Lead times stretch. And inventory turns into constant reaction.
At that point, inventory stops supporting growth — and starts slowing it down.
Inventory Reset Sprint
A fixed-scope, 14-day engagement to make your inventory numbers trustworthy — and your reordering decisions clear.
- Inventory numbers feel unreliable
- Reorders happen late or “just in case”
- Cash gets trapped in slow SKUs / sizes
- Accuracy depends on who’s working
- Inventory reflects reality (cleaned + structured)
- Reorder decisions follow rules (not guessing)
- Clear view of what sells vs what’s stuck
- Documented workflows keep it consistent
How Optinven works

About Optinven
Before Optinven, I spent over a decade inside product businesses — not advising from the outside, but owning the day-to-day realities of inventory, production, and operations.
I began my career as a diamond grader at GIA, where precision, pricing discipline, and accuracy weren’t optional. From there, I moved into managing inventory and operations for established jewelry brands, working directly with complex SKUs, lead times, production constraints, and cash tied up on the shelf.
Over time, data became the lever. With a background in analytics, I built practical inventory structures that didn’t just report numbers — they supported real decisions around reordering, production planning, and cash flow.
The pattern was always the same:
talented teams, strong products — and inventory systems that never fully caught up with growth.
Optinven exists to close that gap.
We help product businesses rebuild inventory foundations so decisions are calmer, clearer, and based on reality — not intuition.
